Mary Anne Wattleworth got her first taste of the mortgage industry in 1986. She started out working as a receptionist and gradually worked her way up to the closing department, where she realized her favorite part of the mortgage process was the closing aspect. Over the years she continued to gain experience by working at several different companies in both the processing and closing departments.
In 1996 Mary Anne along with her 2 siblings decided to begin the journey of starting their own mortgage company. The name GVC Mortgage, Inc. was formed in remembrance of their Dad, Gene Voyles, who passed away of a heart attack in January of 1996.

When Mary Anne is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children, son-in-law, and 2 grandchildren.
