GVC Mortgage, Inc. Opens New Corporate Headquarters

GVC Mortgage, Inc. is thrilled to announce the move of the company’s headquarters to a state-of-the-art facility at 600 Corporation Dr Ste 200, Pendleton, IN 46064. This move will bring our corporate family under one roof for the first time in years.

After 20 years in our current location, in the heart of Pendleton, Indiana, it’s a bittersweet move to leave so much of our company’s history behind. However, we are excited to still be in Pendleton and looking forward to the opportunities the new facility provides our company.

Over the years, our team has delivered unparalleled service both in terms of originating home loans and in providing the staff needed to assist our mortgage consultants. Our corporate staff has grown significantly since the company’s founding in 1996.

Since 2008 we have grown from 25 corporate employees with 0 branches to 90 corporate employees, and close to 250 employees company wide, with over 30 branch locations around the Midwest and in Florida. Our growth remains organic and well-planned in order to maintain our company culture, which received a 2019 Top Indy Workplaces designation.

The new facility also provides us a larger training space than we currently have. The larger space will be used for corporate events, mortgage consultant education, and GVC hosted events.

As a company, we believe this move allows us to continue our current growth path, further our family-focused approach to lending, and provide our corporate family a better work environment.
