For us that means supporting our co-workers in their work and personal lives, which is why we’re thrilled to announce we’ve been awarded a Top Workplaces honor by the Indianapolis Star for the second year in a row. The Top Workplaces designation is given to organizations based solely on employee feedback through an anonymous survey conducted by Energage LLC.
We first and foremost want to thank our work family for all their hard work, dedication, and commitment. The survey, which was conducted several months ago, measured our company’s corporate culture through specific areas such as alignment, execution, and connection.
Family is the most common theme throughout our 24-year company history. Started by three siblings in honor of their father, GVC remains committed to being family first. We firmly believe the company’s overall success is deeply rooted in our philosophy of family as a culture.
As an organization, we remain committed to our work family and our communities. It’s been that way since day one and it won’t change. We know that our success is due, in large part, to our company culture and philosophy. Our leadership team focuses, every day, on making sure employees have the right tools and work in an uplifting and friendly environment.— Brad Buck, CFO
We continue to treat employees as individuals with unique ideas, needs, and wants. Because of this, we’re able to create a culture and environment based on empathy, from the top down. Our leadership team deeply believes in our mission of being a community and family-focused lender, allowing us to support the overall health, well-being, and happiness of our co-workers and the borrowers we serve.
Thank you again to all our family members for taking the time to provide us with honest feedback and for all your incredible work. GVC wouldn’t be the same place without any of you.
